This site collects very little, and only what you type into it. This page says exactly what, why, and for how long.

Who we are
Genexis LLC is an operations and technology consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. For anything on this page, write to info@genexis.llc.
What we collect
Only two things on this site collect information, and both are forms you choose to fill in.
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, role, telephone number, location and a short description of what you want to discuss.
The readiness assessment asks for your name, work email, company and location, together with your answers to twelve questions about your situation.
When either form is submitted, our server also records the date and time and the IP address the submission came from. That is used to limit abuse of the form, not to identify you.
Everything else on this site is a static page. Reading it collects nothing.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to prepare for that conversation. Nothing on this site is a newsletter sign-up, and submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list.
What we do not do
- ·We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or any analytics that follows you to other sites.
- ·We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Ever, to anyone.
- ·We do not send marketing email to people who filled in a form to ask a question.
- ·We do not attempt to identify or profile visitors who do not contact us.
Measuring how the site is used
We count visits, so that we know which pages are worth writing more of. We do this with analytics software running on our own server — not a third-party service — so the measurements are never sent anywhere else and are not combined with anything.
It records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, and the general type of browser, device and country. It sets no cookies and assigns you no identifier. It cannot recognise you on a later visit, cannot follow you to any other website, and produces counts rather than profiles. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing attached to you.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Submissions are stored on a private server we control, and emailed to info@genexis.llc. The connection between your browser and this site is encrypted.
We keep enquiries for as long as there is a live or plausible business conversation, and review them periodically. If a conversation does not develop, we delete the record. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Who else is involved
Our email and our server are provided by our hosting company, which necessarily handles messages sent to and from our address in the course of delivering them.
This site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address as part of it. No other third party receives anything. We are looking at serving those fonts ourselves to remove even this.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request, and there is no form to fill in — an email is enough.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected.
